Acceptable use
Synapse Feedback is for clinical education feedback between attending physicians and medical residents within a single residency program. You agree not to use the app to record or transmit patient information, harass or demean residents, submit false or fabricated evaluations, or circumvent the program's oversight structure.
Data ownership
Your program owns the evaluation data submitted within it. Synapse Feedback provides the platform and infrastructure. You retain the right to export your program's data at any time.
Account access
Accounts are provisioned by your program director. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact your program director and support@synapsefeedback.app immediately.
Limitation of liability
Synapse Feedback is provided as-is for the purpose of clinical education documentation. We are not liable for decisions made based on feedback recorded in the app, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Account termination
Synapse Feedback may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Program directors may remove members from their program at any time. Termination does not delete historical evaluation data owned by the program.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
